This post consists of a recipe to make chicken croquettes along with the picture of the dish after each level of cooking. I haven’t tasted chicken croquettes before but I am really impressed with the recipe. I will definitely try this recipe at home and will post my opinion about the dish after tasting it. Hope my children too will enjoy the dish as they too like chicken. I have a doubt that whether the same recipe can be done with mutton or pork. If yes please inform me so that I can try those as my cousins like mutton and pork more than chicken.

Nice article. Often I wonder, _exactly_ was piled on Scarlet's plate or at least what would've been the servings offered there? I'd love to do a ground-up menu of the Twelve Oaks BBQ if I knew what was there and how it would've been prepared by that era's methods. Google was no help, at best offering modernized versions or guesses of the period cusine, so any hints would be greatly appreciated!

James Greenidge
