My mom made this Jelly Doughnut Cake for dinner tonight. There are recipes all over the internet so I am giving you one copied from Recipe.com. It is the same as hers. This recipe is not a quick cake to make but it is definitely a showy centerpiece to a brunch or special meal. It does taste like a yummy jelly doughnut and is a fun idea for a cake. Enjoy!
